Responsibilities

Manage the day to day delivery of IT services, service management and local infrastructure projects across sites and countries in scope.

As part of the IT Service Delivery team share responsibility for IT service improvement across the NFEL organisation.

Support deployment of global infrastructure and technology projects within countries and sites in scope.

Where required, provide regional support of site services such as audio visual, video conferencing, ad hoc local support of IT service contracts and IT contractors.

Countries / sites in scope on the Nomad Foods Europe IT platform and using NFEL IT Services.

Accountabilities


Working within a pan-European environment, maintain close relationships with the business, IT and service providers to ensure services needs are met for countries and sites in scope.


Working with SDM colleagues, ensure service provision is appropriate and responsive to business needs, robust, reliable and conforms to service level agreements.


Support sites / countries as they transition into the NFEL IT service model, ensuring appropriate processes, acceptance criteria, monitoring, communication and reporting are established and managed to ensure a smooth transition to business as usual service management.


Demonstrate a continuous improvement ethos and challenge the norm to meet and exceed customer expectations for service delivery.


Establish good working relationships with key business stakeholders in country to ensure an effective interface between all parties. This includes understanding service perception, reporting service performance and ensuring IT service provision supports business goals.


As required, manage the successful delivery of local infrastructure and support the local deployment of global infrastructure or technology.


Establish a good working relationship with the Atos service team to ensure service delivery and improvement.


Work collaboratively with other members of the IT team to identify and deliver cross team initiatives and improvements.


Ensure that IT processes and procedures are understood and applied by suppliers and users. Provide support when required.

Manage major incidents and incident escalation across business, IT and supplier teams.


Establish strong relationships with relevant Factory IT teams and personnel to ensure an effective interface between both parties.



Knowledge & Skills
Knowledge and experience of IT service methodologies, specifically ITIL.
IT Infrastructure literate ? knowledge of core enterprise and end user technology and its application in a corporate Environment.
Able to influence up to country board/functional head level.
Fluent written and spoken English.
Good communication and presentation skills.

Experience
IT Professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a corporate or service provider context.
Experience of working in an international and fast paced Environment.
